Zayd Dorhn’s Reborning is a dark comedy about what role grief and trauma play in our personality. two references came up in my mind while watching the play: The End of Longing from Matthew Perry and Disney’s The Kid with Bruce Willis. even though one is a play and another is a movie I kinda like the idea that broken people shouldn’t stay broken, and that the most of our mental fuckups are coming from childhood. Reborning is showing all that in one play.
no decorations changes, tricky tangle of three broken souls, that exact wink, and, finally, reborning itself of each and all by finding one another..
